These events happened before X-Mas.

A while back there the office had a fishy smell to it. It was the strongest under one of the vents. The girl that sits across from me became determined to find out what the source of the fishy smell was. She was coming up with all of these ideas and walking around looking for clues. I thought her detective-like movements were pretty funny so I called her Nancy Drew: Fish Detective. She didn't really say much about it because she was so set on finding the secret fish.

A little later, I was having a meeting at my boss' desk. She came up with this look on her face and said that a raccoon came up from the roof, was walking through the vents and died. We went to the spot in suspect and I told her to get the dead raccoon out. She didn't want to. It was pretty funny.

We later found out that someone on the 2nd or 3rd floor had some stanky fish for lunch. I guess the dead raccoon ain't in our vents anymore.
