Film
Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Spiderman and Scooby Doo is the movies I be wanting to watch this summer, yo.
Evaluation and/or Suck Alert
Queen of the Damned - Boring, boring movie. Lestat sucked so bad with his Linkin Park and Korn songs about vampires.
I mean vampire rock star, come on. I thought it was dumb when I read the book. Now the Aaliyah parts were cool. My favorite part was when she went into the vampire bar and did that freaky
dance then started killing vampires left and right. I was mad at the end because there was like 7 vampires who beat the crap out of her. I mean she just died. Why you gotta kill her again?
The Mothman Prophecies - Scary movie with freaky prophecies based on a true story. This movie ended with alot of things unanswered and
the ominous threat gone when the predictions came true.
The Royal Tenenbaums - Another great Anderson/Wilson movie. There were alot of very good lines in this movie.
Pagoda is the best.
Lord of the Rings - Great story, great special effects. I've never read the book but was very impressed with the movie.
For a long time I was afraid to admit I liked the movie because I felt like it meant that I had to start playing AD&D or Magic the Gathering.
Vanilla Sky - Good movie until the last 1/2 hour. It just went all to crap. It seemed like the hype of the movie was out of control.
It also looked like someone was trying announce how cool they were with the soundtrack. Worst movie ever.
Television
The Osbourne Family Show - Awesome, awesome show. Hasn't let me down like Battle of the Seasons and Real World have with their enticing commercials and lackluster episodes. The family life of the Osbournes is hilarious to me. It would be funnier if you could understand what Ozzy says.
Real World/Road Rules Battle of the Seasons - 16 teams of 2 from every season of Real World and Road Rules. 2 teams get voted off every episode. Crazy ass freaks and fights.
I already got an awesome quote from Belou, the mulleted single mother dirt mouth. She is talking about the baby she brought along with her to the challenge. "My baby is 6 months years old." Whatever you say, ladie.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer - Kick ass hot chick and vampires. What else do you need?
Real World Chicago - Real World Aryan Nation is more like it. This cast is the whitest cast ever. Blonde hair and blue eyes in da house. Looks like lots of hookups and fights in Wicker Park, yo.
The Chamber - What do you get when you mix Who Wants to Be a Millionaire with torture? The Chamber!!! I just like watching people try to answer questions while they are in the 360 degree rotating hot or cold seat. Ridiculous, but funny.
Transformers: Robots in Disguise - The transformers are back. They transform into vehicles and there is a crapload of combiners.
Iron Chef - International contenders battle against Japanese cooks to be crowned champion of Kitchen Stadium. The food looks really good most of the time too.
Fear Factor - This show makes MTV's Fear [which is a great show] look like a little baby. I was actually scared by some of the stuff I saw those people doing.
Becoming - Another great MTV show. Wanna be a loser and try to recreate your favorite artist's video. Come on, where do they find all of these lame people from? But I must say it's very entertaining to watch these wannabes try so hard and end up sucking.
