10.24.2002 - Bald Findsay

My long-haired cat Findsay has a problem. Its called knappy hair. He always gets these nasty dreadlock-like knots in his hair. Not to mention the fact that his hair gets all over the place, which isn't fun at all. We took him to get shaved because his knappy hair was straight-up unruly. The funny thing is, they don't shave around his face or tail. So I got this formerly black now grey, bald-ass cat walking around with nothing but head and tail hair. He looks ridiculous and hilarious at the same time. When I saw his new hairstyle I immediately picked him and petted his new crushed velvet bald grey fur. While I was petting him I kept saying "Yes, Yes" and saying things like his new look was sleek and ravishing. Like a cat can understand English, pulease. I can't look at him without petting him. His new bald look has seemed to make him less crabby. He is such a little well-behaved bald sweetheart. I would like to keep him bald forever. I'm not too happy about his knappy hair growing back.

Take a look at the before and after pictures of Findsay Lindsay below:
