Super late recap on the events of and leading up to Joe's party.

The Costume: This transformer is from the Japanese Masterforce series. The concept completely came from helmet I found at Value Village years ago. I wanted to make this costume for about 3 years but never had the drive to actually make it. For some reason I did this year. I spent close to 10 hours cutting, painting and velcroing cardboard. I almost didn't want to finish it because it took so dang long. I could've made the costume transformable because Shuta transforms into the head of a bigger robot. But, I would have to touch my toes to transform and a floating head sucks without the rest of the body. I knew that I wouldn't be able to move much so I brought a change of clothes, still in the transformers motif. I like to call it my Civie Costume.

Chris came over and became Derek Zoolander before my eyes. My sis was getting ready too. She wanted to be Daphne Aguilera but didn't. I gave her my mullet wig and she went dressed as Taylor. I couldn't drive with my costume on so I had to put it on outside before going into the party. While I was putting the costume on, a Wyandotte drunk came up to me while I was in front of my open trunk and started asking me wack questions and staring at me. I don't know how we got rid of him. I was all HELL NO, I ain't trying to fight no bums while I'm wearing this. Especially since the velcro on one of my legs stopped sticking and I was extra freaking out. It was kind of hard to see and hear once I got inside because of the helmet. I tried to dance but it wasn't very easy. My sis asked me why I was dancing all seductive. I wasn't dancing seductive, I couldn't move. So I changed.

Ryan Lee's costume was my favorite. Big dancing frogs is funny.

Tarek sent this pic over to me after the party. This costume actually transforms in a lambourghini. There's only one problem. He put the autobot symbol on his costume. Breakdown is a decepticon stunticon. He also transforms into the leg of the combiner Menasor. I thought he was Jazz cuz his helmet looks that way. He made 7 other transformer halloween costumes. This guy is wicked.
