I had dinner with Kryssa, Sarah and Tatum yesterday night. I told Kryssa that I was going to bring her's a Tarek's Peaches ticket with me. I did this because I'm leaving town for a week and can't go to Peaches in Detroit.

I dropped the tickets off around 10:30pm last night and headed for home. I got to the end of the street to turn left onto Packard. There was a huge black Dodge Dakota in fornt of me. I was on the phone with my sister and I noticed that 2 of the cars on Packard squealed their tires and honked. I then saw the Dakota [who apparently caused the ruckus on Packard because he was trying to gun it] backing into me. I started honking because I hadn't moved since the stop and figured he'd stop too. I didn't have enough time to react and back up. The back of the Dakota was inching up my hood towards my face. I didn't know that hell was going on. I couldn't believe what just happened. I couldn't pull back because it would break my car. The Dakota stayed there for about a minute and then just took off. I couldn't believe that even more. I was thinking "No you di'ent just drive up all over my car and then take off."

I got the license plate number and pulled into the adjacent parking lot to call the cops. This black guy said something like "Damn, I saw the whole thing. That's wrong." I called Kryssa to let her know what happened after I called the cops. The cops got there really quick and made me wait forever writing a book report about the accident. I hope this wanker gets slammed for this Hit & Run. The police gave me a case number and said they'd try nail him. I called my insurance company today and they told me that they'd waive the $500 deductible because it was a Hit & Run. The driver's side hood and quarter panel are all dented and scraped up. I'm not very happy about this.

I'm just lucky he didn't decide to go all Monster Truck on me and smash over the hood.
