I looked at the back of my legs in the shower and wondered why they were black. I knew that I didn't have black paint. It took me a while to figure out why. But it all came back to me after about 5 minutes of thinking about it.

I was painting the day before and had to paint close to the ceiling in one spot. I looked at my ladder and saw that it wasn't opened all of the way and looked somewhat unstable. I got on it anyways and painted the wall with my back facing the ladder. I felt the ladder give way after a few minutes. I started to fall backwards with the ladder. Luckily, I fell forward and didn't hurt anything. It could've hurt me pretty bad but all I could do was laugh about what just happened.
