I just came back from the Detroit Film Theatre showing of Metropolis accompanied by the Alloy Orchestra. I have never seen the movie before purposely because I wanted to see it with the orchestra. The performance was really good. The orchestral accompaniment made the experience so much more real. Well, as much as a movie can get. The story was pretty good too. I can see why it is so respected as groundbreaker. The special effects were really good considering the time it was made.

Nosferatu is playing afterwards and I would like to see it. But, I don't feel like spending another $10 to see it. Considering the fact that I have already seen it. Maybe next year, Drack.
