WHAT
It's a New Years Eve Party. I guess i'll set up some dancing facilities in the basement in addition to the standard schmoozing. There will be hors d'oeuvres. I'll have some champagne and sparkling champagne on hand but I don't know who's coming so it is possible that I may run out. I would suggest you BYOB to avoid this type of scenario.
